Refund Policy
•Once parcel has reached us, it will take us 1-4 working days to process your return request.
•If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
•All returns and exchanges will be refunded via your original payment method or banking transfer.
•Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty items
